Sultan Lokma with Honey


  • 1 readymade sponge cake
  • 1 dish of bread crumbs
  • 200 ml. (1 small box) of cream
  • 4 egg whites
  • Half a glass of milk
  • 2 glasses of oil
  • 6 tablespoons of ground sugar
  • 1 banana
  • 15 – 20 shelled walnuts 10 tablespoons of honey


Place the top and bottom pieces of the sponge cake side-by-side on a flat surface and cut out round pieces using a tea glass. Dip these small sponge cakes into egg white and then bread crumbs, fry for 3-4 seconds in hot oil, and place on a flat dish. Pour 1 tablespoon of honey on each of them, and then place sliced bananas and the ground walnut. Whip cream with sugar, pour this mixture on the sponge cakes and serve.
